REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Please thoroughly go through all information mentioned below prior to submitting your application. Registration confirmation received will be subject to applicable confirmation criteria and the entry rules given herein.
2. Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Please choose the event category carefully. Confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified. Provide us with a secure email ID/mobile no. that you access regularly, since this will be our primary means of communication during to the event.
4. Users of email services that offer filtering/blocking of messages from unknown email address should add this email id info@advikacarefoundation.comto their address list.
5. We will be sending regular updates to the Mobile number you have provided in the registration form. This should be not treated as spam, and you shall not take any action against our bulk SMS service provider.
6. Please fill out only those fields that are necessary for mailing purposes. Do not provide redundant data in multiple fields (i.e., do not list the same data for city, province and country), as this will only complicate our ability to contact you, if necessary.
7. You are aware that long-distance walking can be physically demanding and may pose risks to your health and well-being. By registering for the We, Not I, Walkathon 2024 event, you take full responsibility for your participation and agree not to hold the organizing committee, its members, or any associated entities liable for any injury, accident, or health-related issues that may arise during or as a result of the event.
8. You shall consult your physician and undergo complete medical examination to assess your suitability to participate in the event.
9. You also assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, traffic and the condition of the road, arson or terrorist threats and all other risks associated with a public event.
10. You agree that Advika Care Foundationshall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the event.
11. You agree to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interest of your health and event safety.
12. You also agree to stop walking if instructed by the event director, medical staff, or aid station volunteers.
13. You confirm that your name and media recordings taken during your participation may be used to publicize the event.
14. You acknowledge and agree that your personal information can be stored and used by the organisers of Advika Care Foundationor any other company in connection with the organization, promotion and administration of the event and for the compilation of statistical information.
15. You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, restriction by authority, or any of the force majeure events, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. You understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified. The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Any amount collected from rejected applications alone will be refunded in full (excluding bank charges wherever applicable).
16. If for any reason you cannot turn up on event day, no refund of any form will be given.
17. If this registration is being made on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent / guardian of the child and that he/she has my permission to take part in the event. I further concur that all the above rules shall apply to him/her as if they were a major.
18. You also understand and agree that you may be contacted by the Sponsors and Promoters of the event for marketing and promotion of offers and that you grant us explicit permission to send communications on your mobile number & email address provided here in above.
19. Please read the FAQ’s thoroughly before filling the registration data. These are practically the rules of the event.
20. I understand that the information provided by me is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief. I acknowledge that any false or misleading information provided in connection with the terms and conditions may result in disqualification. I consent to the use of the information I have provided in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by the Advika Care Foundation organisers.
